Hi,

I woulòd like to send HTML e mails much like aweber and mail chimp but not newsletter e mails.. I want to send high quality e mails to anyone not just people on a list.. was i clear??

therefore i want to send high quality e mails to promote my product to anyone..

can you suggest a tool?? add on?? a third party site??

There are literally dozens upon dozens of email/newsletter applications out there …
GOOGLE search is your best bet for researching such options.

Also, I would think that with most any newsletter application, you would be able to specify and/or configure for email addresses to send the newsletter to – not limited to those you have on a particular list.
