Dear Team, I need help, my site after some updates went blank (including joomla).
Not which of them could have caused this, but I can not enter the backend or even to see what happens.
They can give me a hand? I have reviewed other forums, all recommendations Reproduce gave but I can not display the site.
Thanks for all!jooservices Friendjooservices

December 8, 2014 at 4:31 am #557807HI sergiosp
Can you let me know what updates to have done on your templates ?
As i can see i ,am not able to check your backend . Probably issue is with your Joomla .
Let me know about your update /changes .and your PHP version .Always take a backup of your site before any update .

sergiospDecember 8, 2014 at 10:59 am #557844Hi Pankajsharma!I upgraded Joomla, and AcyMailing (that is what I can remember), my PHP version is 5.5.19.
I send a private message access to phpMyAdmin so you can view the database.
Thank you!

Hi there,
There is nothing about Joomla! Backend. Turn on display_errors can do with php.ini or .htaccess or also with joomla configuration.php file.Thank you,
Viet VuDecember 8, 2014 at 2:45 pm #557864Hi Viet Vu!
I did the following:
take the configuration.php file and change the following line:
public $ error_reporting = ‘default’; by the following:
public $ error_reporting = ‘maximun’;
the site still blank and displays errors on screen … I’m doing wrong?

sergiosp</blockquote>Hi there
# Maximum not maximun
# You can also enable display_error by use .htaccess or php.ini . Contact your hosting provider or sysadmin for detail.
Most of blank page because php fatal errors . Just turn on display_errors than you can see that.Thank you,
Viet VuDecember 10, 2014 at 1:24 pm #558160thanks Viet Vu were right.

sergiosp</blockquote>Hi there,
It’s core Joomla and should not have issue. By this way i think some 3rd party caused it.
Please try
# Disable 3rd party plugin via phpmyadmin
# Disable cache in configuration.phpThank you,
