1.When a user registers nothing happens, they are re-directed to the home page. No email and they are not added.

Please correct this.

I left a ticket once and you did nothing.

2. I told you in an earlier ticket that i wanted to add a 4th section to user 1, user 2 and user3 so that a 4th section can appear.

3. go to admin > template manager > ja community plus > layout tab > edit default layout , change this:

<block name=”topsl” type=”spotlight” main-inner=”1″>user1,user2,user3</block>
to:
<block name=”topsl” type=”spotlight” main-inner=”1″>user1,user2,user3,user4</block>

I did it and it did not work.

Can you please do this your self. I am begging.

3. The newsletter is not working. Can you make it work?

Please help me fix it..am not too techie. Telling me what to do might not be the best route.

1: That we will investigate for you. did you install via the quickstart?

2: What do you mean it did not work? The position seems visible on your site when I view it.

3: There is no newsletter component. The module you are seeing is just an example of styling and actually does nothing. You can simply install a free third party component such as acymailing and style it using the styling built into this template.

Hello,

1.yes i did install quick start.

2. It does not appear on the live site. I still see only 3 portions, Commensalism, Community and Commercialization. I need to add a 4th block there.

3. I will do that.

I will make some tests. Could you please PM me an admin logon, ftp details and an mysql/phpmyadmin logon. I think there may be a database issue causing the registration problem which should be easy to fix. If you access the database from your cpanel then I will need to access that.

Looking at your live site at the moment and user4 is clearly there? You have a module with “Human Rights For Teenagers” in the with some text at the bottom saying “Hello…is worked” at the bottom. Is that not the module you are after?

I have upgraded your template and the jat3 plugin to the latest releases and that has fixed the registration problems you were having. You were running quite an old version.

What full files for what version? All the template files are in the downloads area.

You already have 4 blocks at the top. Please post an image showing exactly what you want.

You said i was using outdated files and i downloaded all my files from the download section.

I am saying where can i get the updated files you talked about?

Also i have 3 sections and i have attached an image to show you what am saying.

I named them 1.2.3

I need 4 blocks not 3.
