    i just paid for ja voice membership, but i cant use ja voice.. i need lincense key, but if i click in memberpage to view license key link then system tells me that “Domain not found!” ..but im sure that i marked my domain name when i buyed ja voice.

    Hi Hermanj

    I have gone through your ticket list, your mentioned ticket ID ABF-928364 regarding the same issues has been replied via the ticket ID# LLP-47436.

    Regarding the support, I have checked the time intervals of all support staff responses and all of them are all under 5 – 7 hours which is within our SLA commitment.

    I believe you have got the license key by now. Feel free to reopen (by replying) the ticket in case you need further assistance.
