I need someone to help me in Captcha.

I have received complaints from members of my Pagin web, they can not register Captcha rejects any text entered.

I made a test, and confirm that it is true, rejecting texts from Captcha.

On the next screen can be seen that it can not enter text, does not look or image or textbox.

That’s really weird!
I am sure i typed captcha properly but i get the same message and i wasn’t able to identify any conflicts on your page.
At the same time i think i need to mention this for the last couple of weeks I take a lot of complains also about captcha and lately google makes a lot of changes so i am not sure if that’s a change that affects proper js code to function.

Do you have everything updated ? (specially joomla core)

I upgraded to the latest version of Joomla J2.5.17.
Captcha has worked alone, which I explain in the Screenshot_3 image.
The rest, as above.
I disabled Captcha.
Of course I am not satisfied with Joomlart.
Joomlart does not solve me, almost never the problem.
I’m on another forum, and I can confirm that, resort to solving problems.

I am paying maintenance Ja_Template and Extensions. When someone does not know the answer, there is still investigating.
I do not mean you personally.

He does not know how to solve my request and he recommend to hire a Developper.
You think this is normal?

The registration page you are showing is actually from K2, not Joomla. Please try switching to a standard Joomla registration so we can see if the problem is on the K2 side or the Joomla side.

Currently the Login page is with Joomla.
But do not work with any of them.
I disabled the Captcha plugin otherwise can not be registered anyone

I have checked your site again, the registration page you are showing is actually from K2, not Joomla (see on the link: http://magz30.gpc.org.es/index.php/en/other-pages/bonus-page/registration-page). Thus, you need to check the Captcha from K2 component and not Joomla.
