would like to reduce the padding of the body–maybe widen it slightly… where would i need to edit this in the css file…

Hi !
you can change it following way below :
Open template.css file in templates/ja_pyrite/css folder , find following code section at about line 595 :


#ja-col1 div.ja-innerpad {
padding-right:30px; // edit this attribute as you wish
}


and at about line 609:


#ja-col2 div.ja-innerpad {
padding-left:30px; // edit this attribute as you wish
}
