1. Edit this Button:

Go to this Folder: pluginssystemjat3base-themesdefaultblocksusertools

Copy the File cpanel.php in the usertools folder

Then Go to the foloowing Following folder

jatc_teline_ivtemplatesja_teline_ivblocks

create a folder name “usertools” and paste the cpanel.php file in this usertools folder.

In the Cpanel.php file you can find this Code

Go to Extensions->Module manager -> Top Menu

This is the module assigned in that Position

to edt the links on that you sould Go to Menus-> Top Menu

you have the Menus listed there, you can add and edit links there
