    I have posted several Premium Support Tickets with no response. The system of a user’s data is very messed up as (a) there is no place to see your tickets), and (b) it is impossible to simply access all of your information.

    At this point, I’d just like a full refund for my 12 month Developer Membership.

    Could you detail what issues you are having and I will do my best to help. It would also be helpfull if you could tell me your ticket numbers.
