I tried to change the text in the “JA Slideshow Module”, but it can not be done. Changes that there can not be saved. Can you find a solution?

Hi mmukhlis,

Do you meant any changes in the slideshow setting could not be saved ? You can provide me your url, the admin account and FTP Info into the ticket of XET-670-91550 i will have a checking on this for you .

I checked and saw that there is a problem with the server, Can you give me the correct FTP Account into the ticket of XET-670-91550 for further checking
