February 19, 2012 at 11:30 am #438860This is done from the back end of Joomla, not in a file.
Simply go to the template manager and click on the default admin template you are using which is probably Bluestork – Default. In the basic options you can select “Show Site Name” to “Enabled” and that will make the code display your site name.
