If I have an article that is published on the frontpage and that photo displays on the frontpage…

(for example in the demo there is a picture of a house in the welcome to our company article)

how can I not have that photo display in the article itself. What I want is to show a completely different photo in the actual article and have a different one show up on the frontpage. Is this even possible?
