I work in a research institute, and i want to subscribe to joomlart, but no one helps me!!
I sent several mails to different sections of joomlart explaining the situation, but nobody answered !!

The problem is that we don’t have a credit card, and that our procedure is not very modern !!
In order to pay, we need to receive an invoice at the name of the institute with an account number, then we can realise the transfer to this account number!!.

It is possible to receive this invoice ?? or someone can give me a telephone, or an alternative ??
