    We have always really like the JoomlArt products, but now, JoomlArt has put us into a very sticky place indeed…

    After requesting a custom template and paying for it up-front, we were promised our product in 7 business days. That was back on 07/30/07. First, there was an attempt to raise the price by $200 after the original quote. Now, 45 days later, still no template.

    Our client…very important in our local community…thinks we’re losers because we can’t seem to deliver this product we depended on from JoomlArt.

    The latest, back on 9/18, was that we would have the demo in 24 hours. Still nothing.

    I have just talked to the developer team and it is true that your demo should have been uploaded 12 hours ago.
    However, the files are being uploaded and almost ready to be sent to you.
    Please check the PM for demo details.
