July 3, 2015 at 8:07 am #208191Hello,
i have a minor problem with visibility of icon cog shown (or not ;-)) next to the drop down for email and print. I would like to have the icon be shown. After hours of searching and testing i found a solution. If i turn “Legacy Compatible” on, the icon is shown.
I still have a small issue:
If you look at http://ckunkel.net/index.php/kategorie-1.html (which is a xLayout-Blog) there is no space between the icons an the text.
If you look at http://ckunkel.net/index.php/kategorie-2.html
(which is a categoryblog) there is enough space.
I use Purity III template 1.1.4 and T3 framework 2.4.8.Now my questions:
Are there an disadvanteges in turning “Legacy Compatible” on?
Shouldn’t the default template work with “Legacy Comatible” off?
Can the space be added in future releases of the template for xLayout Blog?Greetings from Germany

July 3, 2015 at 8:23 am #576236Hello
Turn on the Legacy compatibility it will use load the important styles of Bootstrap2 and Font-awesome 3.x .
Update T3 plugin to Latest version 2.4.9 and compile Less to Css .
Take a backup of custom changes and site before update and compile Less to Css .
Less to Css will override styles codes on core css files .
Hope it helps.ckunkelja Friendckunkelja

July 3, 2015 at 9:00 am #576248Hello pankajsharma,
thank you for your reply. I updated T3 plugin to version 2.4.9 and compiled LESS to CSS. There is still no space between the icons for email and print and the text in the drop down in xLayout-Blog. In categoriyblog Layout it looks fine.
Can you answere my questions:

July 3, 2015 at 9:41 am #576268Hello pankajsharma,
sorry but i’m a bit security fanatic. I can’t give login details.
I have no problem to put for example::before {
padding-right: 5px;
}in my custom.css
I only want this issue to be fixed in future releases for other users. And if anyone else is turning off “Legacy Compatible” not spending hours of searching for the little cog.
Greetings from Germany
