    no, i just don’t get it.. looking on it for days i can’t found the reason why it’s posted on my articles, but not on the originals..
    what i found out, that this icon is set as default for categories:

    <form><fields name="params"><fieldset name="t3_extrafields_params"><field name="category_class" type="list" description="TPL_CATEGORY_CLASS_DESC" label="TPL_CATEGORY_CLASS_LABEL" default="fa-file-text"><option value="fa-file-text">Default</option><option value="fa-facebook">Facebook</option><option value="fa-vimeo">Vimeo</option><option value="fa-twitter">Twitter</option><option value="fa-instagram">Instagram</option><option value="fa-pinterest">Pinterest</option><option value="fa-flickr">Flickr</option></field></fieldset></fields></form>

    the articles and menus were copied by me, so there shouldn’t be a difference, except that i didn’t assign the login module and so on.. but this modules are assigned to the article itself, not to the site in my screenshot, where all articles are shown, so that should not be the reason.. don’t know what it could be else..

    why it’s neccesary to be a super user? it’s administrator – he also can do everything except user administration..

    this should be some setting.. as u see in the code, the icon is assigned to the default category, so every article, which is set as default will show this icon.. in the article examples in the demo the showing category pic is set to "hide", so it’s also in the category i made (as it was just a copy of the already wxisting "photographer"), but still – on my articles the icon is shown..

    can u explain what do u mean by icon is assigned to default category ?

    Meanwhile add below code in custom.css to hide it
    .blog .ja-masonry-wrap .ico_type.fa { display: none; }

    see the screenshot..
    i also assigned my category "photographer 3" to the demo "blog" menu and the icon is still dispayed.. so the hiding is not done with menu, it must be smth on the category..

    1. category-1
    2. blog_3

    changed it to

    .blog .ja-masonry-wrap .ico_type.fa-file-text { display: none; }

    works fine, thanks!
