I am having some IE 7 layout problems with my site http://www.petoskey.us (IE 8 and FF render properly)

    Specifically:

    1. I have altered the template to have a small top menu in the JA Search position. This menu appears on the top right in IE 8 and FF, but appears on the top left in IE 7.

    2. JA News FP is set up with one feature article and 8 or 9 articles to its left with headlines only. In IE 8 and FF these 8 or 9 headline articles appear to the right of the featured article, but in IE 7 they appear below the featured article.

    3. Modules in the position User 9 wrap underneath modules in User 7 in IE7. In addition, in any browser, the module in user 9 lacks the bottom underlining that the other modules have in user 7 or 8. This problem is independent of the content or type of module.

Thanks for your help. Whatever you did fixed the problem. I would be curious to know what changes you actually made so that if a similar problem happens in the future I might be able to learn from this situation and fix the problem myself.

    Thanks again.

Yes, the problem is width of layout, it has diference bettween IE 7 and other browsers, i only access the setting of the ja seline template and choose the “specified pixed” for the Template Width paramter and put number 951 into the “Specified width” paramters ( In IE7 the width is shorter 1px than other browsers)
