September 7, 2007 at 3:53 am #122603Hello,
I have a little problem when using a wrapper between IE7 and FireFox.
In the NewsFlash section I am using a wrapper and in Firefox it works just like I want it.
Example of Firefox:
But when I sue IE7 I get a white background and its not aligned correctly. Anyone have a clue on what I could be doing incorrectly?
Example of IE7:
And please Ignore the Avatar section its white on purpose while I find a suitable image.
Here is the URL: http://kamiscraps.kamiscraps.net/
Thank you!

We’ve all thought the same. Unfortunately, MS have a killer legal team, so suing them is not going to do much good. 😀On topic: I have no idea. IE7 sucks (says the guy who is currently using it because Firefox keeps crashing on his desktop), but I couldn’t resist jumping on on you suing IE7. Back to work then. :-[

September 7, 2007 at 8:27 am #229024try a google search for IE and background images and you will find out that these kind of issues are quite common. I don’t know what they can’t agree on firefox standard. IE has so many bugs!
I had some background image issues too when I modified a template. After googling and finding out that I was not alone it finally worked eventually but don’t ask me what the solution was, it was a try and error thing, there can be so many pitfalls. Check out this:

if it doesn’t help google for more … good luck! 🙂IE has some issues with transparency too …

September 7, 2007 at 11:49 am #229037(When I sue) :-[ …
I searched all night but I was not able to find much except that I should always add:
body {
background-color:transparent;
}to the css code of the site that I am pulling from. And also add allowtransparency=”true” to the
<iframe allowtransparency=”true”>. How would I be able to add that string in the Wrapper module?Thank you! And thanks for your replies.

September 21, 2007 at 1:56 am #229746I tried a bunch of things but I can’t figure it out. I am going to have to live with the fact that that box will not have the transparent look to it. :((
Is there a way aside from using an IFrame that I could do the same thing?
Thank you!
