Hi

I’m using JA_Social 1.2.0. and JA T3 framework 1.2.0. The jreview component/modules layout crashes when viewing with IE8!. Nothing is in its place.

Moreover, the menus are depicted in a different color than the selected profile.

I’ve seen this template has a lot of problems with IE so I should need this problem solved asap please.

I had also a lot of problems with this template in the past. I has been a complete headache to make this template to work.

So, in summary. I would like to have my site finally running in all the common platforms (IE, Firefox, Chrome and Safari). You say your templates are fully compatible with this platforms but they seem not to be, so please, solve the problem as soon as possible.

Dear juanci,

Maybe you have so many css files and some of them could not be loaded in IE,in This case please just try to select Optimize CSS field to John & Minify & Compress in the template back-end,i think that would help solve the problem,If it still not help please kindly submit a ticket into our ticket system then I will have further checking for you.

Hi dathq.

Thanks for the reply. However, Trying to do Join & Minify & Compress CSS makes the menu system not propertly work. Layout of the menu system is not correctly aligned. Moreover, some Joomlart people suggested in other thread to switch this option off to solve this issue. Anyway I will test it this weekend in order to check if this is the problem and I will inform you using a ticket.
