    Hi,
    The layout of the website on IE 11 is completely off. It looks more like IE detects the website in mobile view mode.

    Also the mega menu not showing up on IE 11.

    It works fine on Firefox and Chrome. Any suggestions/help is much appreciated?

    Thanks,

    Have you sorted out it? I see it’s working fine in IE browser

    Thanks for getting back. Fixed the IE compatibility issue, it was due to the document mode not being set right by default. By default the document mode is set to 7.
    Added custom code
    <meta http-equiv=”X-UA-Compatible” content=”IE=Edge”>
    to the <head> and worked fine.

    Thanks,
    Abin

    Extension–>Template Manager

    Under the JA biz template, Custom Code tab. See the attached file.

    This solution does not work for me. <meta http-equiv=”X-UA-Compatible” content=”IE=Edge”>

    Please help me.

    Your website looks fine on IE. Did you fix the issue?
