Hi,

I have a problem using .png’s with IE6. Is this a known problem, simply solved by using .jpg’s?

There has always been a problem with png-transparency in IE 6,
you can solve this by using png-fixes available in the joomla-extensions directory.
of course this problem does not appear in IE 7 or 8
and using jpg should never be a problem.
