    Not sure why, but in IE7 (vista), The month names like January or July or any others with descenders, the bottom of e.g., the “y” gets clipped.

    A screenshot or url would help, if we cant see it we can’t really know whats happening?

    It maybe because its Vista and bug riddled like all first release Microsoft software ? Have you downloaded and installed the latest patches for Vista? I do not have Vista on anything nor will I so I cannot test but have you checked what default font IE7 is set to use?

    Looking at my IE7 for XP font settings I get Times roman etc as per the screenshot

    Maybe its the font selection maybe its Vista sorry I can’t help you further
