I am using this great template for my site,the only problem is, although it looks great in Firefox – I have had people complain to me about its appearance in IE7.
The footer is off to the right of the actual right column and the latest news and most popular are hanging off the bottom part of the page over the ending table.
Can someone please take a look at this and help? Please?? I am so lost as to why it is doing this in IE7. Thanks so much!!

Does look a bit out of whack doesn’t it? there could be many reasons for it, I’d try to reduce the amount of stuff on the page for sensible length, having to scroll the equivalent of 5 a4 pages to see content isn’t great for holding users attention.
Have you performed any mods to the footer ares, removed added any text etc?
it tends to snap back somewhat in wide mode maybe you need to look at the whole page width as in each column vs total available page width, and adjust image sizes etc to keep within those boundaries, basically its “wrapping” and throwing outside teh set boundaries.
have a play with it and see what you come up with and repost when you have tried a few alterations

Cheers ShannonN</blockquote>Ok I tried a few of these things and nothing worked. I whittled down the content display, that didn’t do anything. I check all of the images. I made sure they were exactly the same size as they were in the template. I have not made any changes to the footer, save the actual text and logo…and they are exactly the same specs as was in original template. I am not sure what you mean – or rather – where to makes these column/page comparisons and changes. I am guessing it is in the .css file, but I am afraid to go changing that type of stuff without knowing exactly what I am changing as this is a live site. The code I am referring to is this;
/* MAIN CONTAINER
——————————————————— */#ja-wrapper {
width: 100%;
color: #111F3D;
}#ja-container {
width: 760px;
text-align: left;
padding: 5px 5px 10px;
margin: 0 auto;
background: url(../images/container-bg.gif);
border: 1px solid #475573;
}#ja-content, #ja-content-full-left, #ja-content-full-right, #ja-content-full {
line-height: 140%; /* line-height for content reading */
float: left;
}#ja-content .last,
#ja-content-full-right .last,
#ja-content-full-left .last,
#ja-content-full .last {
background: #F9F9F9;
padding: 7px 5px;
}.spacer {
padding: 5px 5px 10px;
margin: 0;
}#ja-leftcol div.spacer {
background: #475573;
margin-right: 5px;
}#ja-rightcol div.spacer {
background: #001237;
margin-left: 5px;
}#ja-content div.spacer,
#ja-content-full-right div.spacer,
#ja-content-full-left div.spacer,
#ja-content-full div.spacer {
background: #F9F9F9;
}/* 3 columns content width */
#ja-content {
width: 455px;
}#ja-content-full-right, #ja-content-full-left {
width: 605px;
}
The width seems to be fine – it must be the height or something else, but I see nothing defined for height in the template .css at all: http://acedmagazine.com/templates/ja_shopping_ii/css/template_css.cssJune 17, 2007 at 12:44 am #222278Can no one here help me with this problem. I bought this so I at least hope someone would have gotten back to me about this by now. I have a friend asking me for suggestions on where to come for templates, but if I cannot get support then perhaps I ahouls warn people not to come and pay for templates here after all…
November 4, 2007 at 11:33 pm #232203I am having this same problem. I hope this is not true about the support here. I just became a member and I hope I can get this problem solved.

Can you post your site url here so we can take a look at it?
