October 23, 2009 at 5:31 pm #145444Hi all,
I have a big problem.
When I see the web with IE8, the JA-MENU exits the site. This does not happen with FF and Chrome. How can I solve the problem?
Thank you.asturcat Friendasturcat

October 26, 2009 at 12:22 pm #321591i hate to jump in on the bandwagon and I know people are busy, but there are way too many paid members asking for supporting and not recieving much. I made a post on the 20th and still no help as well, it makes me question if the price was worth it.

October 26, 2009 at 2:37 pm #321604I have some websites with Rockettheme’s templates and do not give many problems as of Joomlart, plus the support is better.
Seeing my situation I do not expect to renew.team_phenomenon Friendteam_phenomenon

October 26, 2009 at 2:45 pm #321606I have an account with template_plazza which also provides good support. Dont get me wrong I can understand that people get busy with their lives and cant answer people’s questions right away. I unfortunately waited 6 days and finally after 6 days of googling the web, I found my answer and posted my findings to one of my questions so that others can get the help if needed. I will honestly say after searching the forum over and seeing so many unanswered support questions which are days and weeks old, I too may not renew and may go elsewhere.
