I am currently working on a site using the Cooper Business Template.

I experienced major problems with my site using the Internet Explorer 8. As you can see right here, the slideshow on position “ja-slideshow” is laying right over the main content. I don’t have these problems using Firefox, an older version of the IE or the compatible mode: http://www.heb-ra.com/heb

    Joomla-Version: 1.5.14
    Installed Components: JCE Editor, JoomFish

I just uploaded the original template files but it looks the same. Would be great if somebody can take a look at.

    Firefox (everything’s fine):

IE8 (looks like the background is not loading correctly):

    Thank You

Edit 14th Dec.: Fixed, see last post

    Hi,

when I enable the “compatibility mode” in IE8, it looks the same. But this mode is for older websites. If have to push a button on the right side of the address input in my browser to get the correct view of the site.

    Thanks.

I can still not solve this problem. I made a video of what I will see when I load up the page.
