My site was built using ja_magz template and it works fine for a long while. Recently I upgraded Joomla from 2.5.19 to 3.3.6 using MigrateMePlus. Afterward I re-installed the latest ja_magz and a few other components/modules…

In most situations it works great but for IE9 browser users, some of the awesome font graphics gone missing e.g. search, login, share icons…, and some text appears out of place.

We have custom.css in css directory and a script snippet added to script.js in js directory.

Something of note, the problem does not show up while in development mode. But as soon as we switch development mode to OFF, the weird symptoms show up again.

Please help us understand what may be the cause of this issue.
