    Hi. I’ve just started working on a site, modifying the header with great tips from these forums, and I’ve run into an issue that I can’t find an answer for.

    I successfully hid the “member area” link and changed the background color to black to match my own logo. It looks fine in Firefox, but there’s a white line showing along the row where the “search” box is when you open it in Internet Explorer

    Can anyone tell me how to fix this?

    Here’s the link:

    Thanks,
    Michelle

    try to change this in the template_css.css file on line 2765:

    #ja-hpwrap {
    background:#EFEFEF none repeat scroll 0%;
    font-size:11px;
    }

    To this:

    #ja-hpwrap {
    background:#000000 none repeat scroll 0%;
    font-size:11px;
    }

    I noticed that all is okay in FF2.0 and there is a white bar in IE7 and there is also a white bar behind the menu and search in Safari. I also noticed that the Headline rotator isn’t working in all browsers.
