I am thinking of uninstalling the K2 component that comes with JA Travel.

Will the template, in general, still work?

For this particular site I prefer to work using the standard Joomla articles, categories etc.

I am removing all of the included content and will basically work mostly from scratch.

But by removing the K2 component will the template fall apart?

Hi there,
K2 is supported by JA Travel. It doesn’t mean forcing to use it 🙂
And of course standard Joomla content is supported also.
You can use JA Travel on your website without K2 is okay 🙂
