If you won’t tell me how to change the roll over color in the top menu bar (see this post)

At least tell me how to remove it. I tried to hide or unpublish all menu items in the mainmenu via; Menu>mainmenu, but when I unpublished the “Home” menu item the index page loaded with an error stating “The page you are trying to access does not exist.
Please select a page from the main menu.” So, I clicked the home link in the very top header & I got the same error. I think that having 3 main menus is a little redundant & I don’t want the top bar, or left mainmenu. Do I need to hack the template index to remove the bar, or is there a way to at least hide the last remaining “Home” link? A little help here would be nice. Go to;

Hi instantinlaw,

For Split Menu, if you want to change the hover background of a main menu item, just change the background value of this definition:


#ja-splitmenu a:hover,
#ja-splitmenu a:active,
#ja-splitmenu a:focus {
background: url(../images/mainnav-sep.gif) no-repeat top right #FFFFFF;
}

Got it Ha Le-Viet.

Now with a couple of quick edits in Photoshop the roll over effect will be exactly what I wanted.

I have to say that you have been extremely helpfull & I am glad I joined the club.
