I am trying to add a google map iframe to the html code for the content of the ja_tabs. It keeps getting stripped out. I am use the jce editor. I have checked the editor config – and cleaning html is set to no – and I have also checked the article parameters and html filtering is not set for super admin.

Any ideas as to why it is stripped out?

    Thanks

The site is in development but you can view it here: http://www.storiesbykids.biz/ the tab is on the lower right. On the Head Office tab I have attemped to put the google map iframe – and you can see that it stripped out the iframe and left the link to the larger map image.

    Thanks

    Hello Janice!

You access your adminstrator systen, go to the extensions/plugin manager, choose the Editor – TinyMCE 2.0 plugin. In the plugin’s parameters, you choose “Never” for the “Code cleanup on save” parameter.

Or you turn off the editor in the global setting, meaning: you edit content without the editor,

These are two ways to display iframe in the content’s artcile, I have research this issue on the next,
It’s a pupular issue happening with many users: http://forum.joomla.org/viewtopic.php?f=326&t=299835
