We have been iJoomla developers license holders for 10 years. We understand that we will now be considered Joomlart Developers. How do we get Developer access? We’re in production on several site developments and need to get "JA Builder Pro" features working.

You can go here to download the builder. After installation, pls login to builder using your JoomlArt username to use its full features.
We did, but the expiration of our license needs to be adjusted. We were told that purchase of the bundle would extend our current license for an additional year. Please advise.

Yes, we were referring to our iJoomla developer licenses. We were told in a chat with Tom that if we purchased the bundle, it would extend our ijoomla license one year. Does that conversion happen automatically? When would it get reflected in our account?

No it does not happen automatically. You need to open your mail inbox to find the special 100% discounted coupon code inside the email titled "FREE download JomSocial.com and iJoomla.com products", then manually use the coupon to get the rest of bundle products (JomSocial Pro, Guru Pro, iSEO Pro, Publisher Pro, AdAgency Pro, Socialize Template) at Jomsocial site.
