I have been running ijoomla seo on my site for quite some time. I recently updated to JA Anion and noticed that I have lost support of ijoomla with the metatitle. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Please ask the iJoomla team for support on this. AFAIK none of the team have this particular extension and as it is a paid extension we cannot easilly look into it.
