O.K…

I was wondering if some kind person could enlighten me…. How do I change the layout in the ‘body text’ so that there is just one column that doesn’t run off the side of the page how it does when you first install the template, to make it look good like in the demo version.

Also, is there a way that I can move up the ja-tabs to above the ‘body’ text instead of below it??
