I am tired of the same ole shyt. I have tried to work with JA templates, but I spend more time trying to figure our what the heck is going on than actually building a site. I have wasted my hard earned pennies on these fools and their buggy technology.
Response time sucks and technology blows, but their ego’s are doing extremely well. I use to think you guys were the best at this game, but you’re not.
I will continue to rock with Rockettheme, Yootheme, Gavick and Shape5. All have issues, but at least I get 90% completed before requiring the developer to get involved.
May you all get gout and loose your lower limbs!

Thats the only post you have made and you have one ticket asking about megamenu update in T3v3 framework.
I am sure you are really pissed but not sure how to help you out, unless we can track your threads or tickets.
– Our response time is 24 hrs (weekdays only), only difficult bugs or customization requests take more time.
let me know if you have another account here and have been using it for support queries, I would like to see what went wrong before i get gout and lose my lower limbs (joking).
Randean, don’t be so hard on us, let us know what went wrong and we will take steps to correct the same and help you out with your issues.

Please address my support ticket to solve my issue on why the JA-Mitius Template Manager controls are locked.
Meanwhile, it has been 24 hours since I submitted a ticket.
The site is complete and my client does not want a gun in the background. When I change it to the default blue I loose all my work on the site, in addition when I try to edit the Template Manager the controls are locked.
The site is completely developed and approved by the client. It is ready to be moved from my development site to my client’s domain. I am being held up by a gun in the background to close out my client.
Please help!
