    I’m very angry at the moment on JA. Constituents for the Extensions Club paid 59 $. I can see since yesterday that the Payment via Pay is completed. JA has get the money. But I be still not released, although I urge a JA Showcase component must download. :(( :(( :(( :(( :((

    And JA din´t answer me!!!!! :(( :(( :(( :(( :(( WHY??? >:( >:( >:( >:( >:(

    Keep cool, JA does not take your money away… Sometimes payments get delayed from PayPal directly and / or there must be some reason why you still can’t download.

    To say it in german as you are german:

    Joomlart.com nimmt nicht einfach Geld und verschwindet damit, manchmal dauert es hier etwas und der möglichste Grund kann auch sein daß PayPal die Zahlung verzögert. Wenn man mal durch die ganzen Themen schaut in welchen User supersauer auf Joomlart.com sind, es löst sich alles zum positiven. Nur etwas Geduld sollte man haben, es sind auch nur Menschen…

    Also, viel Erfolg mit dem Modul, es wird in jedem Fall alles gut gehen….;)

    Try logging out of your account and logging back in again. I do know that sometimes it can take a day or so for Joomlart to activate the account after payment has been received.

    Thanks for your answers, but see this…….

    I get the message from JA at 09:52 that my membership is full activated, but if I want to download an extension I get this message:

    marigny, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

    1. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else’s post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
    2. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

    JA has forget to activate my membership!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Thanks for your reply: I have log out and login back again. This is not the solution…….

    Just use the premium support under your member area and it should be sorted quickly.

    And just relax it will work out, seen it happen to some other users, no need to stress.

    I use the premium support. That´s the reason because I´m so angry. They don´t activate my membership again……. 🙁

    “Marigny” has been in contact with us and we did have the download issue solved since 6 Jan. In certain cases, membership might not be activated instantly, it would be helpful for us if we are kept informed on the case via premium email support so that we could have a prompt reaction.

    I am a totally thrilled and happy JA customer. I have been a template subscriber for over a year, and I just purchased a license to the extensions. I had to logout and log back in before I could download. I see no problem in that.

    I cant say enough good things about JA, support, innovation, quality, and the patience demonstrated by the staff.
