I consider this a bug. Follow me: If you leave the code as is, and you publish left and right modules and the right modules are tall (take up a lot of your page), this will leave a horizontal white line cutting through your content. It does this because that white line is the 3 px border for the following: #ja-mainbody-fl, #ja-mainbody-fr, #ja-mainbody-f .
That 3px border is important for symetry on your page. So, in order to remove the horizontal line, you have to comment out the code that calls for the 3px border- this has the affect of diminishing the intended symetric look at the bottom of your page (I do not illustrate that with my two pictures- in order to do so, I would have to remove one of my long right modules, but keep the 3px border code in the css- giving the intended symetric look). Again, the problem is when you get a long right module- you get an unintentional horizontal line (from the 3px border).
I feel like I am talking in circles. But, do you see what I mean?
