What is the module used on this forum to make attached images expand to their original size?
I want to know what is used to make this —->
(just grabbed first picture on my desktop)
Is there a way for me to implement that on my website? It would be handy to have.

You can try to use a Joomla extension like JA Popup plugin (http://www.joomlart.com/documentation/joomla-plugins/ja-popup-plugin) which supports to show popup when clicking image.

The JA Popup plugin requires a subscription to JA Extensions to download right?
