Hi
The above documentation is for the JA Uber template not for JA Hotel.
JA Uber template has the JA ACM gallery module.
If you want to use this style from JA Uber template, Here is documentation helps you to use ACM in other templates.
In JA Hotel is already have the ACM style you can check them here

There is no image gallery, you have to upload your own image in the images folder and choose the images in gallery module to show them.

Go to article Manager > add new > gallery articles http://prntscr.com/h2j8of
Add your image in Gallery type article and show these articles via JA ACM gallery module via Selecting the category of these articles.
