I have images in a folder how to have popup with Next and Prev option on image so that users can view all of the images from it ?

Are you talking about the mini gallery on the articles front page

This gallery is rendered by the ja thumbnail plugin, the plugin will find and combine all image inside the article’s content in gallery. so that to view all images inside the folder, you will have to insert them into the article’s content
