Image in About us in my contact form not resizing to fit in the sidebar and also the icons in the contact form not showing beside the telephone and address. also the email information not appearing.the link is http://sambergk.com/contact-us. thank you

For the image issue, kindly open css folder of template and add below code in custom.css

 #Mod88 .custom img {max-width:100%}

If there is no custom.css file kindly create it and add the code.
For the icon, i have to check in your site admin side.

Open contact > contact > options > icon.
here http://prntscr.com/evdhal

Now open /language/en-GB/en-GB.tpl_ja_biz.ini
Find and change the words as per needs

TPL_CONTACT_EMAIL_DESC          ="Please feel free to send us an email"
TPL_CONTACT_TEL_DESC            ="Give us a call"
TPL_CONTACT_FAX_DESC            ="Or send us a fax"
TPL_CONTACT_MOBILE_DESC         ="Buy Online or call"
