It will require heavy customization to get the slideshow display exactly as on http://www.kutchenhaus.co.uk/. I am afraid its beyond the scope of support here. You should be hiring someone to get the custom work done. You can try posting your requirement at freelancing sites such as joomlancers.com or any other of your preference.
