Each link will have underline against mouse hover, you will see the declaration in this file: /templates/ja_teline_iv_t3/css/themes/orange/template.css


a:hover, a:focus, a:active {
color: #733400
outline: medium none;
text-decoration: underline;
}


If you don’t underline enabled, change it to: text-decoration: none;
