November 11, 2013 at 10:53 pm #192178When I insert an image and make it link to anything, the link is removed when I check the website.
Code in editor:
<a href=”images/emma_watson.jpg”><img style=”float: left;” src=”images/emma_watson_th.jpg” alt=”Emma Watson” /></a>Code in browser:
<img alt=”Emma Watson” src=”/dumco/images/emma_watson_th.jpg” style=”float: left;”>With the original Joomla template it works fine.
I hope anyone can help…

November 25, 2013 at 2:14 pm #513427I didn’t add any script. I add a picture to an article and make a link of it. But when I preview my website the picture is there but it doesn’t work as a link. When I look at the HTML-code, the <a href…..></a> part is gone.

That did it! It also solves the problem I had with Rokbox! Thank you!

Sorry… found out it didn’t work.
The problem was only in blog, not in a single article. So I deleted the blog override in templates/html. That did it.

December 30, 2013 at 2:21 pm #516878I deleted the file:
templates/ja_social/html/com_content/category/blog_item.php
The part of the code inside it, handling the position of the image in blog view deletes the <a href=…></a> part of the image if you try to make a weblink of the image. And because rokbox uses the <a href…></a> to work, it doesn’t work also.
