On the left hand image I copied and pasted the destination page URL. On the right hand image I made the link with the JCE link tool for content. The left one works but the right one opens the homepage.

Any ideas why?

Hi
It might due the the category 140-english does not associated to a menu item , so Joomla will not able to redirect it to a menu and open it on Home page . because homepage does not have the component section its not showing . create a menu(category blog) and add this category in it . save and check.

The only menu item that goes to anywhere near the article is a Single Page article type (under the Products menu item called ‘vjoon-K4’. The category structure is

English

• Products — vjoon-K4 —– K4 Server Platform (ID 140) and the article ID 268 is under this category.

Note that the menu item ‘Products’ (Special – No content type) is allocated a Home-en template whereas the sub menu is a Single Article type item and allocated Default-en templates template.

I’m not sure which menu item I should create. Are you suggesting that I need an ‘English’ menu item? If so how do I hide it from view? See category structure screenshot below.

Ah! You mean create a menu item for ‘K4 Server Platform’ type Category Blog ? And limit the Products menu to show only first sub menu level. Yes?

Tim special page blank content does not show the article content in it .

In url 140-english should not be there . edit the url from article editor and correct it .

You can see : http://uber-biz.gpmnews.com/index.php/en/140-english this url does not exist on site .

Adding the menu item ‘K4 Server Platform’ under menu item ‘vjoon-K4 has fixed the problem.

Thanks for your help. Is there a way to hide this popout menu item in the main Products menu?
