    Hi, I just installed JA Scenecio.

    URL: http://www.ofmwheels.co.za
    I have attached a picture, for some reason when I explore the website using IE, it looks like a part of the template doesn’t load.

    But when I hover over to the section where the image is suppose to be, it suddenly appears.

    Why is it doing this?

    So what do I do now?? What do you mean 3 seperate instances of doctype? Also, it’s showing ‘sales online’ in the left hand corner if your screen size is more than 1240 pixels!

    Help please!

    Look at your source code online There are three instances of a doctype declared, If you don’t know what a doctype is, you really need to sit down and read up on web design, that isn’t a put down but a suggestion to gain some experience with HTML and css etc

    I removed the doctype – I have the template running one instance, and then another 2 webpages with coding as well – the option 1 and the option 2.

    Why is it showing the website title in the lefthand corner of the browser?

    Can anyone please have a look at my website: http://www.ofmwheels.co.za
    If you use IE, you’ll notice that there is a small gap (missing image) in the website when you scroll down all the way and go back to the top – just before the banner ads starts.

    What could be causing this? Could you please advice what I should do to correct this error.

    A picture is attached at the begging of this thread.

    Please!

    HI Louis looking at your attached image what you see in that image is not a missing graphic but the blue background showing, look closely, it is the same colour as the page background that is outside the content area.

    In IE 7 and FF 2 I see no gap showing the background, are you using IE 6 to view the site?

    I do not have IE 6 but if you use IE 6 and see gap you may wish to edit this bit of code in index.php

    <!–>

    <style type=”text/css”>

    .clearfix {height: 1%;}

    </style>

    <!–>

    and set the {height: 1%;} to 0% and see if that makes it work

    I hope this helps you solve you problem Louis

    ShannoN, i tried the above, but no luck. Yes, some of my users are using IE 6.
    I don’t have any idea what could be causing this.

    But thanks for the support!

    Its a pain at times no being able to have both IE6 and & on the same system but I can’t even see the fault in real time as i don’t have IE 6!

    Frustrating I know sorry I can’t seem to pin it down for you

    Cheers ShannonN
