Hi,

I have Ark Extension Editor installed and when I set in a image that can open in a Modal window, then it disappeares from the article. Thats because it uses the “Class=Modal” and “Class= caption modal”, and I have testet it and found that it has something to do with the Teline V template.
Because I have made a new installation on a complete other site, and installed the the Ark Extension and the Teline V/T3 plugin, with no other extension/plugins.

And then the images are gone from the article view.

How do I correct that?

Seems that there is conflict between “Class=Modal” and “Class= caption modal” with modal of bootstrap on JA Teline V template, I raised that bug to development team and they fix this bug. You can track its status here

That was NOT an answer to my question, and just keeping me in the dark and delaying things for me to get a date for a fix!!!
Because Now I have to wait another day to get the answer, a delay of 24 for hours.
So please answer the questions instead for only give me a “workaround”.

Yes the site works fine.

But my users, can’t use the editor when this happening.
It is very difficult to calculate how the site will present when the images don’t show in the editor.

I added the image into Editor – ARKEditor plugin and it works fine with view image, see the screenshot

If I added “class=”modal”” into image tab it does not work with view image,

When I switched Editor – ARKEditor to Editor – TinyMCE to the image view as well.

In this case, you have to contact with Editor – ARKEditor maybe they will help you out.

I have already tried that, and they said that it was not a problem with their editor.

So I found that it was when I use Teline.
And I must say I that agree with them, because this problem don’t comes with other templates.
So this was just ANOTHER DAY WASTING MY TIME, with out getting an answer to my question.
And now it is even weekend, so I now have to wait further 2-3 days before I get an answer
and must likely much long to get a fix.

So now I want this issue escalated to some one in charge

Because I have now been waiting 16 days and still not got a solution, just a lot of BLABLA!!!!!!!!!

Why you don’t give Editor – ARKEditor plugin the info to add the class=”modal” into <img> tag and it did not work here and when I set back Editor – TinyMCE and it’s working fine.

First of all, thanks for chang?ng to TinyMCE, whitout changing it back!!!

Why do you switch to TinyMCE editor, when the problem is in the Ark Editor?

FOR THE SECOND TIME: I allready sent this error to Ark Extension, and they said that it is not their problem, and after testing I agree with them, because it is working, when I’m not using the template Teline V.

So please fix the problem!!!

Image 1 with out Class=modal

Image 2 with Class=modal

AND THIS IS YET ANOTHER DAY WASTED WITH ALOT OF BLABLA.

HOW MANY DAYS DO I HAVE TO WAST ON THIS BEFORE IT IS FIXED???????????
