Hi there,
I am using JA Erica for a new website and the first image is not appearing on the front page but the other ones are. However when I click on Read More the image is clearly there! Can someone explain why its doing this?

October 1, 2008 at 12:51 pm #273437I checked the HTML source. I see the image properties on the second page but in the html source on the home page, the photo is not listed. :confused: I’m stumped…Hopefully higher knowledge will be along soon.

October 1, 2008 at 1:21 pm #273441On the full page after you press the read more your image code
<div style="text-align: center;"><img src="/images/stories/demo/ico-1.gif" mce_src="/images/stories/demo/ico-1.gif" alt="Boost Your Forums" height="100" width="154"></div> <p>
ย Boost your Forum Activity. The Community You Deserve. </p>see the allign centre
On the second with the scissors image after you press the read more
<img src="/images/stories/demo/ico-3.gif" border="0" alt="Image" title="Image" hspace="6" width="154" height="100" />
no allignment issue
So I think you may want to upload your image againg and lose the allign centre.
Oh and your site takes forever to open!!
October 1, 2008 at 5:33 pm #273456Everything done as suggested, image re uploaded, div tag removed, image aligned left.
Still no luck. What on earth is with the coding, or is it just my website?
And I hate the massively slow loads as well unfortunately I’m running two blogs, one vB forum and this website on the same hosting so I have no clue ho to speed it up ๐

October 1, 2008 at 5:56 pm #273460If I could give anyone a tip:
I see you have an email showing on your webpage under custom order, this is leaving yourself wide open to spam attacks, you are probably better invinting people to your contact page.
October 1, 2008 at 5:58 pm #273461Thanks for that.
Although I just created that Gmail account today for the website, and I’d welcome a spam attack because then I know someone actually visited the website :laugh:
Only temporary. Now I have to go make a contact page ~~~~ T_T
Forumdigit.com = 8 hours old :confused:

Please send again via PMOctober 3, 2008 at 4:19 am #273695I have sent the account details again please check it for me!
October 4, 2008 at 8:52 am #273824As much as I hate bumping posts I have PMed you all details but have not received a reply nor had anything fixed …
Could someone please help me on this issue, it’s very annoying and messing up everything.
Is there some other thing I could put on the front page instead of the JA News mod?
