The images appearing on the frontpage are not resizing in the mod_jacatslwi module. It shows a part of the regular size image.

spacecycle;

Please show actual image of the Front page and the specification of the Hot Topic menu in the Admin page?

Where were the images stored? Also, if you open one of the Hot Topic articles in the Admin page, please make a copy of the image html, e.g.,

<img class=”caption” src=”provide information here”>

Try including values for width=”” height=”” of the image and add to the image specification, like this:

<img class=”caption” src=”provide information here width=”” height=””>

and see if this will have any

Also, go to the modules directory via FTP

modules => mod_jacatslwi => ja_catslwi => ja.catslwi.css

provide the CSS specification. Is it exactly like this?
.ja-catslwi {
position: relative;
margin: 0;
padding: 0;
}

.ja-catslwi-container {
width: 100%;
position: absolute;
z-index: 1;
bottom: 0;
left: 0;
}

.ja-catslwi-text {
position:relative;
height: 0;
overflow: hidden;
}

.ja-catslwi-content {
position: absolute;
top: 0;
left: 0;
width: 100%;
}

.ja-catslwi-display {
position: absolute;
top: 0;
left: 10px;
width: 89%;
}
I am nott sure whether I can help you, but the information you provide may help those with more skills help resolbe the issue.

I am fairly new to Joomla and looking for someone to do some freelance work. Would you be interested?

spacecycle,

What do you mean? The one I suggested did not work? If you have other questions, you can ask them here. It will alllow others to look at it and perhaps help you. If there are things you want to discuss in private with members, you may use the private message by writing to the person you wish to communicate with.
