Seems like you didn’t use JA Thumbnails Plugin, if you have it, please enable.
Or else if you don’t want to use it, then please send me your site url and admin acc for further check.

Hi thanks for reply. Thumbnails Plugin(plg_jathumbnail) is active. But this plugin works only with user created articles. Missing image padding occur in articles created with plugin (plugin creating articles from xml-news services). Is there options how to solve this problem editing css? i will send u acc detials with pm edit: where can i send admin acces for u?
