I checked the url in chrome and Firefox its showing fine at my end in different devices .

The issue seems to be in `your site ,
I checked demo site and fresh package its working file .kindly take a full backup of site and then compile Less to CSS .
Also Turn OFF development mode .

If this does not help try this code in custom.css file

.article .item-image img {width:100%; }

article .item-image {
  margin: -23px -24px 24px!important;
}
