    What do I forget? I have this page:

    http://spaarnenieuws.nl/main/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=606:vanmiddag-is-het-zover-de-officiele-aankomst-van-de-kerstman-in-nl&catid=67:economie-en-landbouw&Itemid=193

    In Google Chrome everything is OK, but in Explorer or Firefox the size of the picture is different. :confused:

    I have tried different computers and it is al the same: in IE en FF the images are to large. The plugin doesn’t seem to work in IE en FF (in the Netherlands).

    Hi pagterp

    Maybe this issue is from the cache.

    When you don’t use ja thumbnail plugin, you will see this issue.

    Please delete the cache in browser and check your website again.

    OK, I have done what you have advised. Also the images are resized. It looks better, but now I can’t use te popup (image) anymore.

    I can’t understand what I am doing wrong. In the quickstart of JA Teline III it seems to work OK.

    In source code, I see that your picture is 120×80 px, and the name of the picture is with spaces… try to rename picture in something like this your_picture_of_santa.jpg, and when you upload your picture, delete dimensions, don’t worry, plugin will do the rest.

    I can send you my live site on PM, I have 4-5 publishers, and I have no problem with that plugin any more.
    All they have to do is to upload picture, delete dimensions, and publish the article.

    Thanks, that is indeed the solution. The only thing that remains, is the title of the picture.

    Now, I see your site like you did at the beginning…

    this is the source code I see:

    <div class="thumbnail" style="position: relative; z-index: 2;">

    <a rel="jagroupgroup" class="fancyboxgroup" href="http://www.spaarnenieuws.nl/main/images/stories/provincie/economie/aankomst_kerstman_foto_jan_van_der_voet_Klein.JPG" title="">

    <img title="Foto: Jan van der Voet" alt="Foto: Jan van der Voet" longdesc="Foto: Jan van der Voet" src="http://www.spaarnenieuws.nl/main/images/stories/provincie/economie/aankomst_kerstman_foto_jan_van_der_voet_Klein.JPG" align="left">

    the blue colored code is ok, but the red colored code should bi something like this

    <img title="Foto: Jan van der Voet" alt="Foto: Jan van der Voet" longdesc="Foto: Jan van der Voet" src="http://www.spaarnenieuws.nl/main/images/resized/stories/provincie/economie/aankomst_kerstman_foto_jan_van_der_voet_Klein_200_200.JPG" align="left">

    that means that your plugin didn’t created thumb for the picture.
    try to delete picture form article, than upload it again, put only caption class (no long description) and delete dimensions, than publish article…
    delete joomla cache, unpublish plugin and publish it again, maybe it wil start to work as it should..

    I’m so sorry… I tried to help, but you will have to provide yout ticket to developer and some more information about that…

    I had the issue with caption, but my editor produces some code which is not compatible with JA thumbs plugin.

    editor could be your problem too, I don’t know..

    Good luck.

    Hello,

    Maybe your file http://www.spaarnenieuws.nl/main/images/resized is not writable for the system. You could try changing file permission.

    Regards,
    Micrantha
